Internexus, a pan-India Model United Nations (MUN) organisation, conducted a two-day youth leadership and diplomacy conference at Rajkiya Kanya Mahavidyalaya (RKMV), Shimla, on May 30 and 31. The two-day conference brought together nearly 100 delegates from various educational institutions, creating a platform for intellectual discourse, policy-making simulations, leadership development, and youth empowerment.
The inaugural ceremony on May 30 was graced by senior advocate Peeyush Verma, former president of the High Court Bar Association, as the chief guest. He encouraged students to cultivate critical thinking and leadership qualities necessary to navigate the challenges of the modern world.
Discussions revolved around international conflicts and geopolitical tensions, human rights concerns, youth empowerment and governance challenge.
