
SANDAKAN: Two people sustained slight injuries when their lorries – a Scania and a Nissan – collided at 5.30am along Jalan Labuk Batu 31, here, Thursday.
Sandakan District Police Chief ACP Abdul Fuad Abdul Malek said preliminary investigations showed that the Scania driven by a 56-year-old man was heading towards Bandar Sandakan from Batu 32.
While the Nissan driven by a 41-year-old man was headed the opposition direction.
The Scania cut into the opposite lane and collided with the Nissan.
