JOHOR BAHRU - Barisan Nasional (BN) has secured a fresh mandate to lead the Johor state government again after obtaining a simple majority in the 16th Johor State Election today.
According to unofficial results, BN has won 29 of the 56 seats contested in the election.
BN fielded candidates in all 56 constituencies to seek the people's mandate for the next five years.
Polling for the state election was held from 8 am to 6 pm. - BERNAMA
