KOTA KINABALU: Upko is planning a Sabah First Roadshow alongside its division-level party conventions to explain the High Court ruling recognising Sabah’s 40 percent revenue entitlement under Article 112C of the Federal Constitution.
Information Chief Dr Peter Naintin said he will present the proposal at the party’s Supreme Council meeting on Nov 5.
He said party leaders fully support the stance of President Datuk Ewon Benedick, who has expressed readiness to resign from the Federal Cabinet if the Attorney-General’s Chambers files an appeal against the ruling.
He added that they will continue to champion Sabah First in the upcoming state election, in line with MA63 mnand Sabah’s constitutional rights.
