Villarreal defender Pau Torres is in Birmingham today for his Aston Villa medical.
The Spain international is due to sign with Villa by the end of the day.
TMW is reporting Villarreal have accepted an offer of 32.5m plus 5m in bonuses from Villa for the defender.
Meanwhile, Torres has agreed personal terms on a five-year contract to 2028.
The stopper is today at Bodymoor Heath to undergo his Villa medical and to pen terms.
