Danny Rose is officially a free agent.
The former England left-back has been released by Watford.
Rose has been training at former club Spurs over the summer as he considered his next move. He even turned out for the U21s in preseason.
Watford announced this morning:
"Watford FC and Danny Rose have agreed a mutual cancellation of the defender's contract with both parties in agreement that their futures will head in different directions.
"We thank Danny for his service and wish him well for his next opportunity."
