West Ham United are prepared to sell Declan Rice to Arsenal by Monday.
West Ham have accepted a 105m bid from Arsenal for their captain, with disagreements over method of payment needing to be ironed out.
Arsenal will pay 100m plus 5m in bonuses.
The Sun says West Ham want the fee paid by the end of 2025. However, Arsenal want to spread the payment over a longer period.
Talks between the two clubs will continue over the weekend.
