Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has sung the praises of Declan Rice.
Arsenal have had a 105m offer for Rice accepted by West Ham.
Smith Rowe said from England's U21 Euros base: "I can't speak highly enough of him.
I remember my first camp and I was surprised with how good he actually was."
Smith Rowe also told The Sun: He was the best in training. Just his level, intensity, technically, everything he was doing. A real leader and still so young. He was really, really good."
