West Ham are ready to launch a bid for Southampton captain James Ward-Prowse.
The midfielder intends to leave Saints with them now relegated and the Hammers will move to keep him in the Premier League.
The London Evening Standard says West Ham are preparing to sell captain Declan Rice and replace him with two midfielders - Ward-Prowse being one.
Hammers boss David Moyes is a fan of the Saints ace.
Moyes considered a move for Ward-Prowse last summer, before signing Lucas Paqueta and Flynn Downes to bolster his midfield options.
