Jordyn Woods has spent the better part of a decade in the public eye, but her latest chapter looks nothing like the one that first made her famous.
The 28-year-old model and entrepreneur is engaged to Karl-Anthony Towns, and she became a courtside fixture as the New York Knicks ended their long championship drought this June. Her orange bag was even adopted as a team good-luck charm along the way.
Yet for years, Woods was known less for her own work than for one of the most public celebrity fallouts of the 2010s — a scandal that cost her a place inside the Kardashian circle.

Woods was born in Los Angeles on September 23, 1997, and raised between Oak Park and Calabasas, California. Her father, John Woods, was a television sound engineer who worked on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, while her mother, Elizabeth, built a career as a talent and brand manager.
That proximity to the entertainment industry shaped everything.
Woods grew up around Will Smith’s family and was introduced to Kylie Jenner as a teenager. The two became inseparable, and Woods was a regular presence on Jenner’s reality series, Life of Kylie.
She turned that visibility into a business of her own. Woods has modeled for brands, launched the activewear label SECNDNTURE in 2018, and now runs the fashion and accessories line Woods by Jordyn — the same label behind that now-famous orange bag.

Everything shifted in February 2019. Woods was reportedly seen getting close to NBA star Tristan Thompson — then the boyfriend of Khloé Kardashian and the father of her daughter, True — at a house party in Los Angeles.
