A workshop on ‘Classroom Management’ was organised at The Tribune School, Chandigarh, for the teaching faculty by Jyoti Kattna. The session focused on helping teachers understand students better and adopt effective classroom management strategies. Kattna shared practical techniques and simple yet effective methods to handle diverse student behaviours with empathy and confidence. Teachers actively participated in the interactive session and gained valuable insights into creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. Jyoti Kattna is a practising psychologist, ICF-certified life coach, corporate trainer, and teacher facilitator. Her enriching session was highly appreciated by the faculty members.
