Arsenal have cleared the way for Ismael Bennacer to move to AC Milan.
The Empoli midfielder is joining Milan, though the deal needed to be cleared by former club Arsenal.
The Gunners had first refusal on Bennacer, with a deadline of seven days after the first offer, and they've allowed it to pass.
Milan will now sign the midfielder for a fee of 16m.
The Rossonero have burned off competition from Borussia Dortmund to sign Bennacer.
