The Croatia international is ready to leave Inter this summer.
FCInterNews.it reports Shanghai Shenhua have made a 35m offer for Perisic, but he has refused a move to China.
The veteran would prefer to remain in Europe, but so far only West Ham have been in contact.
Perisic's priority remains leaving for England.
