【本報古達記者廿四日訊】今天上午十時左右距離古達市區一哩附近的一間冰廠及一間修車廠遭大火焚燒，造成財物損失，所幸無人在火災中傷亡.
古達消拯局接獲報告，即刻出動消防車和消拯員到場滅火.
上述冰廠廢棄多時，毗鄰修車廠失火時火舌沖天，濃煙滾滾，附近樹木也被大火燒焦。也吸引附近居民駐足圍觀.
上述冰廠及修車廠失火原因在調查中.
