PAPAR: The Sabah Classic Bicycle Carnival, the first of its kind, was recently held here, attracting classic bicycle enthusiasts from across the country.
The carnival received financial support from Minister of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living, Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali; Sabah Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Datuk Dr Haji Mohd Ariffin Arif; and Limbahau State Assemblyman, Datuk Juil Nuatim.
AdvertisementIt attracted about 400 attendees, including cycling enthusiasts from Perak, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan witnessing the fun activity.
The highlight was a cycling convoy of around 150 riders on classic and vintage bicycles, journeying from Dewan Salleh Sulong to Papar Community Centre.
