
Kota Kinabalu: A total of 58 schools in Sabah achieved a 100 per cent passing rate in the 2021 Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination, said State Education Department Director Tah Nia Jaman.
She said there were a total of 104 STPM examination centres in both urban and rural areas involving 98 government schools, adding that out of 7,539 registered candidates, 7,210 (95.63 per cent) showed up for the exam.
“Twenty examination centres in urban areas had a passing rate of 98.45 per cent, while 84 schools in rural areas achieved a passing rate of 97.40 per cent.
