Former Sabah Land and Survey Department Datuk Osman Jamal denied an allegation that he approved a land application of Corak Nahkoda Sdn Bhd belonging to Tan Sri Musa Aman.

He said the claim was defamatory and malicious. Musa was accused by certain quarters of applying for 20,000 acres in Tongod Regional Study area in 1997, allegedly using his company, Corak Nahkoda Sdn Bhd to apply for the land under PT 97092350. 

The company is alleged to have three directors, namely Datuk Ajit Galun, Mohamad Sari bin Anuar Tan and Musa.
