DAP: Hajiji should delegate duties to a deputy

Kota Kinabalu: Democratic Action Party (DAP) Sabah Secretary, Chan Foong Hin, urged Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor to immediately assign his official duties to one of his deputies during his stay in hospital for Covid-19. 

“Under no circumstances should the health care system in Sabah be allowed to cripple or collapse, even if the Chief Minister has been warded due to being tested positive for Covid-19,” said the Kota Kinabalu MP in a statement, Sunday. 

“I wish Hajiji a speedy recovery. But in the meantime, I urge Hajiji to immediately assign his official duties to one of his deputies during his stay in hospital.
