‘Put Kepayan leaders under DBKK’s care’

Kota Kinabalu: Local community leaders like Kapitan Cina, JKDBs of the Kepayan area that covers the Kepayan Ridge low-cost housing and shophouses should be duty-bound to DBKK instead of the Penampang Council, said Chong Pit Fah.

Chong, who is Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Vice President, had reasoned that since these parts of Kepayan are under the jurisdiction of KK City Hall (DBKK), on the administration of matters and services such as garbage collection, grass cutting, cleanliness and so on.
