Man hurt in Ranau crash

RANAU: A local man suffered severe injuries to his lower limbs when the van that he was driving rammed into the back of a 4x4 vehicle near here, early Wednesday.

Ranau Fire and Rescue Department Chief Ridwan Mohd Taib said the incident occurred along KM11 of the Ranau-Kota Marudu Road near Kg Lohan Ulu at about 8am.

“We received an emergency call from other road users informing us about the accident, and rushed Fire Truck and an EMRS vehicle along with five personnel to the scene located about 11km away from the Ranau Fire Station.
