DBKK opens counters to those with appointments

Kota Kinabalu: City Hall will open its counter services only at its headquarters to those with appointment, starting tomorrow (Thursday). 

This includes the main payment counter, licencing counter and assessment counter, with the service hours from 9am to 2pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Mayor Noorliza Awang Alip, in a statement Tuesday, said appointments can be made by calling 012–8971249 and 012–8891249. 

 The appointment time is from 9am to 3pm only, starting today (Wednesday).

Only customers who have an appointment are allowed the counter services. 

Customers are encouraged to make an appointment one day in advance before coming to the City Hall headquarters.

The public can also use the DBKK e-services to make tax assessment, compound and DBKK licensing payments on https://eservices.dbkk.sabah.gov.my.

They can also use the DBKK e-cukai application, downloadable on Playstore and Appstore, to make tax assessment payments, Sabah Pay application, available on Playstore and Appstore, to make tax assessment and compound payments, and Jompay (Biller code:56739) to pay for tax assessment.
