Lucky escape

A 27-year-old man was lucky he was unscathed in an accident at Jalan Pintas, near Plaza 333 here after his car landed on its sides in the ditch.

The 9.20pm incident occurred after the man lost control of his Myvi shortly after exiting the Plaza 333 junction.

The man, who was on his way towards Dongongon, drove the car and hit the road shoulder causing it to land on its sides. 

Penampang traffic police were at the scene to investigate.
