Newcastle United academy chief Steve Harper has detailed what he plans to produce in terms of player graduates.
The former goalkeeper was asked about bringing through players capable of playing for manager Steve Bruce's first team.
Harper told Chronicle Live: "He needs us to help provide him with the tools so he can help deliver what Newcastle fans want.
"What that badge means to people is hard-working players in and out of possession, people who want to get on the ball and take care of the ball.
"That's what we have to try to instill at the Academy.
"Raising the intensity of everything we do, it'll raise the quality and the standards and hopefully over the future years we can improve the production line.
"The two Longstaffs, Dan Langley, Elliot Anderson - they have all been up there (senior training base).
"We have had some good loan deals."
