Lewis Baker made a successful playing return wit Chelsea for their FA Cup win against Chesterfield.

The midfielder finally made his second appearance for Chelsea - more than EIGHT years since his senior debut.

The 26-year-old Cobham academy product was introduced off the bench by Thomas Tuchel's in Saturday's FA Cup thrashing against Chesterfield.

Chelsea notched an impressive 5-1 win at a sold-out Stamford Bridge.

And Baker received a raucous welcome when he was subbed on with 30 minutes left to play.

Incredibly, the match was only Baker's second appearance in a Chelsea shirt despite him arriving at the club in 2005.

The midfielder's one and only appearance came eight years ago on January 5, 2014.

Jose Mourinho gave Baker a three-minute run out in the 2-0 win over Derby County at Pride Park.
