Tottenham chief Fabio Paratici is targeting Nottingham Forest talent ahead of the summer market.
The Daily Mail says Paratici's presence was noted at Forest's FA Cup tie against Leicester on Sunday.
Spurs have a strong interest in 21-year-old right-back Djed Spence, who is on loan at Forest from Middlesbrough, and are among many Premier League clubs monitoring wide midfielder Brennan Johnson.
Wales international Johnson, 20, is out of contract next year.
He was the subject of bids from Brentford in January and has been one of the stars of the Championship this season.
