PAPAR: Two additional battalions will be established under the General Operations Force (GOF) in Sabah this year, said Sabah GOF Brigade Commander SAC Abdul Rani Alias.
He said it is vital to establish the additional battalions to strengthen and enhance monitoring tasks as well as to secure the State, particularly at the borders, as the country is entering the endemic phase of Covid-19.
