TAWAU: Police arrested a foreigner at a parking lot of a restaurant in the Fajar area here and seized 860.79gm of syabu worth RM23,911 from him last Saturday.
Tawau District Police Chief ACP Jasmin Hussin said the 36-year-old suspect who had no previous criminal record tested positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine.
