PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry reported 12 Covid-19 deaths yesterday.
The death toll now stands at 35,482.
Two of the deaths was classified as brought-in-dead (BID) case.
Johor and Melaka recorded three deaths each, followed by Selangor (2), Penang (2), and Sabah and Sarawak (1 each).
There were no deaths in the other states and federal territories.
Meanwhile, the ministry also reported 6,342 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the cumulative infections to 4,421,443.
