SANDAKAN: The body of a woman, believed in her 30s and 40s, was found floating at sea at Jalan Coastal Bandar Sandakan by members of the public at 10am, Saturday.
Sandakan District Police Chief ACP Abdul Fuad Abdul Malek said they did not find any identification documents on the victim.
