Marca says he has rejected every contract offer Tottenham have tabled this summer as he awaits an approach from Real Madrid.
The Danish playmaker remains at the London club but has failed to agree terms and now has less than a year on his Spurs contract.
And the 27-year-old will run down his current deal in an effort to court interest from the Bernabeu.
Though Real have previously made contact with Eriksen over a potential move, no official bid has been made.
