MANILA, Philippines — Filipino tennis sensation Alex Eala will bag at least €15,815 (euros) or more than P1.1 million at the WTA 1000 Italian Open.
Eala will bag that amount with a first round exit but will upgrade her prize to €25,515 or ₱1.8M if she advances to the second round (round of 64).
Eala faces Polish Magdalena Fręch in the first round on Wednesday.
