Ander Herrera has agreed to leave PSG for Athletic Bilbao.
The veteran midfielder has already settled personal terms with Athletic.
Marca says Herrera will terminate his contract with PSG and forego 40 per cent of his severance pay in order to join Athletic in a free transfer.
The 33 year-old has agreed a two-year contract with Athletic.
The deal includes a 12 month option dependent on appearances made.
