Kota Kinabalu: Arm of Hope Sabah is exploring potential collaboration with Sedafiat Sdn Bhd on charitable activities and future Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
The organisation said this was discussed during its recent courtesy visit to Sedafiat, where both parties exchanged experiences and ideas on community care and charitable assistance.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss ways to work together in organising more meaningful community outreach and charitable initiatives to provide practical assistance to those in need.
Arm of Hope Sabah currently provides assistance to 22 families in need, supplying them with essential food items every month to help ease their financial burden and daily living expenses.
The organisation said it believed that through the collective efforts of businesses, charitable organisations and members of the public, more resources could be brought together to provide meaningful and sustainable support to the community.
“Arm of Hope Sabah expresses its sincere appreciation to everyone who cares about and supports its charitable work,” the statement said.
The organisation also expressed its appreciation to Sedafiat Sdn Bhd for its hospitality and for sharing valuable experiences, insights and suggestions during the visit.
