Former Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas has rejected claims around the Negreira case.
Cesc, now with Como, says there were never claims of ref bias during his time with the Blaugrana.
He told Cadena SER: I had never heard anything like that when I was there, but I think that the players do not have to get involved because that it is something that is far above us.
"I can't tell you much why I don't really know how the story goes, but as a footballer I can tell you that it was a surprise for me. I never received any referee report, but I can say that they took away a league against Atltico de Madrid, who was in the play and annulled a goal that was legal.
"With the VAR, we would have won that League."
