Several students from the city who have won medals in their respective sporting disciplines excelled in the Class XII CBSE examinations.

Freestyle skater Janvi Jindal, who holds 11 Guinness World Records in freestyle skating, scored 89% marks in commerce, while national level netball and basketball player Manyata of Sacred Heart School, Sector 26, scored 91% in non-medical stream. National chess player Tanisha Dua from the same school scored 97.2% in commerce.

National-level squash player Vaanya of Delhi Public School, Sector 40, scored 95.6% (medical), while national chess player Raghav Goklanet scored 93.6% in humanities and state-level basketball Eknoor scored 96.8%, also in humanities. State-level badminton player Nehchal Kaur scored 94.2% in commerce.

National gold medal winning cricket team member Ayush Mittal of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 27, scored 98%, while state fencing gold medallist Aaradhya Jolly scored 96%. State fencing gold medallists Khushi Chhikara and Phalak Sharma and state table tennis bronze medallist Ipsita Sharma, all from Bhavan Vidyalaya, scored above 90% marks.
