Ex-Cignal player Ishie Lalongisip impressed her Creamline debut with nine points while Rosemarie Vargas and Jema Galanza chipped in eight points apiece.
MJ Phillips paced Nxled with 13 points.
The PVL On Tour now moves to Batangas City with another double-header on Saturday in Batangas City.
