Jude Bellingham stole the headlines with his two goals against Mexico, but it was what he did following the full-time whistle that really showed his class.
The 23-year-old scored England’s opening two goals of the game at the Azteca to get the Three Lions roaring.
Bellingham has now taken his goals tally for the tournament to four as he got his hands on another Man of the Match award.
Real Madrid’s talented midfielder has established himself as one of England’s true superstars, with his quality seen both on and off the pitch.
A number of American sports personalities were blown away by Bellingham’s performance against the Mexicans.
However, it was his post-match interaction with 17-year-old Mexico international Gilberto Mora which really showed his class.

England’s Jude Bellingham shows true class through Gilberto Mora gesture
Bellingham scored twice in two minutes to really swing the tie at the Azteca inside the opening half of the game.
Having prevailed, Bellingham was spotted giving away his match-worn shirt to the 17-year-old midfielder, Mora, as the players headed down the tunnel.
Bellingham’s shirt will have held a lot of sentimental value having scored a brace in such a historic stadium, yet he chose to give it away to one of the young Mexican players.
What was perhaps even more touching was the England star demanded a straight swap with the Tijuana midfielder, rather than just handing over his jersey to the youngster.
Although Bellingham clashed with Ghana’s managerial staff during the group stages, this is a real touch of quality from the England star.
Next up for the 23-year-old is a meeting with his old Borussia Dortmund teammate Erling Haaland.
