Roman Reigns vs Jacob Fatu

Roman Reigns clinched the World Heavyweight title against CM Punk in the main event of WrestleMania 42.

His first successful defence came against Jacob Fatu at Backlash, but Fatu attacked Roman post-match, setting up a rematch for this Sunday.

The pair are now set to face off in what is being billed as a ‘Tribal Combat match’.

This will be Roman’s third Tribal Combat match, having previously defeated Jey Uso at SummerSlam 2023 and Solo Sikoa on the Raw Netflix Premiere in 2025.

Cody Rhodes vs Gunther

Fresh off the back of retiring Goldberg, John Cena and AJ Styles, Gunther has now set his sights on Cody Rhodes.

The former World Heavyweight Champion attacked Rhodes on the May 1 episode of SmackDown to begin the feud.

Gunther then had to beat Royce Keys in an Undisputed WWE Championship No. 1 Contender’s Match before signing a contract to set up this championship bout.

Rhea Ripley vs Jade Cargill

Yet another title will be on the line in Italy when Jade Cargill challenges Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s Championship.

Cargill attacked Ripley on the most recent episode of SmackDown, with Triple H confirming their match at Clash in Italy on the same night.

This will be the second time the pair have faced off in singles competition, with Rhea previously emerging victorious at WrestleMania 42.

Becky Lynch vs Sol Ruca

The fourth and final confirmed championship match scheduled for Clash in Italy has Becky Lynch defending her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Sol Ruca.

Becky and Sol recently clashed in a non-title match during Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Lynch got herself disqualified from the bout, leading to Adam Pearce setting up a rematch with the title on the line for this Sunday.

Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi

Many assumed that after losing to Oba Femi at WrestleMania 42, Brock Lesnar’s WWE career was over.

However, The Beast made a shock return on the May 18 episode of Monday Night Raw to answer Oba’s open challenge.

After attacking Oba, Lesnar has earned himself a rematch with The Ruler on May 31. Whether that will be Brock’s final appearance in WWE remains to be seen.
