
RANAU: A girl was injured while seven others survived a collision involving two vehicles, near here, Saturday.
Ranau Fire and Rescue Station Chief Ridwan Mohd Taib said the incident occurred at Km 26 of Jalan Ranau-Telupid, near Kg Nalapak, at 3.50pm.
Advertisement“We received a call at 3.56pm via the station line and a team of seven personnel led by operations commander Wasli Saupin rushed to the location.
“Upon arriving, we found an accident involving two vehicles - a Toyota Veloz and a Mitsubishi Triton which had skidded into a drain.

Read more “There was a 12-year-old female victim who was injured, while seven others escaped injuries,” he said, adding the injured was sent to the Ranau Hospital using an EMRS vehicle.
“The cause of the accident is still under investigation. After ensuring that there was no further danger, the operation ended at 4.42pm,” he said.
