PAPAR: A non-permanent house measuring 30x40 feet was completely destroyed in a fire at Jalan Kopimpinan, Kampung Limbahau, late Sunday night.
Ten firefighters from the Papar Fire and Rescue Station arrived five minutes after receiving the 11.50pm alert and brought the blaze under control by 12.16am using water from a nearby hydrant and drain.
No casualties were reported, and the operation, assisted by SESB and police, concluded safely at 2.04am.
