Kota Kinabalu: Parti Warisan President Datuk Shafie Apdal said proof of those responsible in giving ICs to illegal migrants were contained in the investigation report on illegals in Sabah.
“From the White Paper on undocumented migrants which was carried out by an independent body, it was clearly mentioned who was really involved in the act of giving identification cards to illegals,” said the former Chief Minister who also held various federal minister posts.
