Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was happy to hand Stefan Bajcetic and Bobby Clark their Premier League debuts on Saturday.
Both midfielders featured in their 9-0 win against Bournemouth.
Klopp said, "We have a lot of wonderful talents. If you see our U23 games, we have a lot.
"They're doing an incredible job there but in an ideal world you don't play with three 17-year-olds in the same game."
The match also marked Alisson's first clean sheet in eight games.
Klopp said: "He wants to have a clean sheet but he was not desperate. That's why I was really happy with it. 5-0 at half time, sometimes the other team sneak one in but the boys didn't let that happen. Clean sheets are for all of us. Let's carry on."
