Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has revealed talks with Uruguay coach Marcelo Bielsa before Sunday's heroics at Newcastle.
Nunez scored twice from the bench to win the the game for the Reds 2-1.
And he admits a chat was held with former Leeds manager Bielsa before the game, saying on Sport 890: It was a very good chat with him. He showed me some of my games and corrected me on various things.
"He explained to me some things that seem better to him, such as that in some plays in which the entire opposing team is behind, I should not run in front of the second centre back, but behind so that I miss the marker.
"Many people told me how he is (Bielsa) and he seemed like a good guy. Now it is a new stage and I hope it goes well for all of us because we want to bring joy to all the people of Uruguay."
