Manchester United have formalised the departure of former chief executive Richard Arnold.
It was announced last month he would be leaving as Sir Jim Ratcliffe's purchase of 25 per cent of United shareholding is confirmed.
Arnold's time with the club has now formally come to an end after Companies House filed a PSC07 form.
This acts as a notice for an individual ceasing significant control in a business, as well as a TM01 confirming termination of his role as a director.
