MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 21 granted the alleged bagman of Vice President Sara Duterte, permission to attend the impeachment hearing against her.
This was in response to the House of Representatives committee on justice’s request for Ramil Madriaga to appear on April 14, noting that he was considered a "key witness."
“Accordingly, accused Ramil Madriaga y Lagonoy is hereby allowed to appear before the Committee on Justice located at the 2nd Floor of the People Center, House of Representatives, Batasang Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City, on April 14, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with proper jail escorts,” the court order released Wednesday stated.
