MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko" Moreno Domagoso ordered the suspension of classes in all levels in public and private schools on Monday, August 10.
The mayor cited "inclement weather brought about the southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Cyclone Dolphin" as the reason for the suspension of classes upon the recommendation of the Manila City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department.
