Rapid Rail confirms normal train operations have resumed on the MRT Putrajaya line following repairs to power supply cables stolen near Damansara Damai station
KUALA LUMPUR: Train service on the MRT Putrajaya line has returned to normal this morning after repair works on the power supply were completed.
Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd confirmed that the alternative train services and free shuttle buses provided during the disruption period have also been terminated.
The previous service disruption was due to an incident of power supply cable theft near Damansara Damai Station.

A police report has been filed and Rapid Rail is cooperating with the Royal Malaysia Police to assist the investigation and identify the responsible parties.
Rapid Rail has also enhanced security monitoring of the tracks and facilities through continuous patrols by its Auxiliary Police force.
