
MANILA, Philippines — Police officers arrested two Most Wanted Persons on August 29 in Pasay City for violating the Anti-Electricity and Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage Act of 1994.
Operatives from the Pasay City Police Station led by Major Roque Villaruel Jr. and Col. Joselito De Sesto, the city police chief, conducted the operation.
The two men were arrested by virtue of arrest warrants issued by Judge Vladimir Barsatan Bumatay of the Regional Trial Court Branch 56 in Makati City. A bail of ₱120,000 each was recommended.
In Taguig City, police arrested the city’s Top Most Wanted Person in Barangay East Rembo.
Armed with a warrant for his arrest, authorities apprehended the man but he tried to escape. He later surrendered.
