Light to moderate rain is expected to continue in several parts of Himachal Pradesh on Monday, with the State Meteorological Department issuing a yellow alert for seven districts.

The districts under alert are Kullu, Kangra, Una, Hamirpur, Chamba, Kinnaur and Lahaul and Spiti. These areas are likely to witness light to moderate rain at isolated places throughout the day. The rest of the state is expected to experience largely dry weather.

Minimum temperatures are expected to remain near normal, with no significant change forecast.

The minimum temperature recorded in Shimla was 15°C, followed by Dharamshala at 16.8°C, Solan 16.4°C, Kangra 20.1°C, Mandi 16°C, Sundernagar 18.5°C, Kufri 11.6°C, Kalpa 8.6°C, Una 18°C, Nahan 18.9°C, Chamba 18.2°C, Paonta Sahib 24°C, and Bhuntar 15.2°C.

Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti was the coldest place in the state, recording a minimum temperature of 4.4°C.
