
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s Covid-19 caseload dipped to 222 on Thursday from 254 the day earlier.
Sabah’s Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said the dip corresponded to a lower number of test samples (1,705), while the positivity decreased marginally from 13.23 per cent to 13.02 per cent.
Kota Kinabalu topped the list with 54 cases, followed by Tuaran (39), Papar (26), Penampang (18), Tawau (13) and Kota Marudu (11).
“Six districts did not record any new infections,” he said.
He said 221 out of 222 cases were category one and two infections, while one case was recorded in category four. No deaths or new clusters were identified.
